Company Policies

Deposits & Cancellation Policy, Here's how it works:

  1. There is a mandatory $35 deposit fee at the booking of every clean. This deposit goes towards the total amount of your clean once service has been completed.
  2. There will be no charge for cancellations / reschedules made 24 hours or more before a scheduled appointment. Cancellations &/ rescheduled appointments made after the 24 hour appointment date, of the already scheduled appointment, will not be refunded the deposit fee. All cancellations & Rescheduled appointments must be communicated directly to our office via phone or email at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning appointment.



Same Day Payment, Here's what you need to know:

  1. Payment Upon Completion: Payment for cleaning services is due upon completion of the job. Our cleaning team will provide an invoice detailing the services rendered and the total amount due.
  2. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including Cash App, Zelle, and PayPal. Please inform us of your preferred payment method before the cleaning appointment.


To maintain a healthy environment and minimize the risk of illness transmission, we have implemented the following policy regarding notice of illness in the home:

  1. Client Responsibility: We kindly request that clients notify us as soon as possible if anyone in the household is experiencing symptoms of illness or has been diagnosed with a contagious condition.
  2. Symptoms to Report: Clients should inform us if any household member is experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, fatigue, body aches, or any other symptoms consistent with contagious illnesses.
  3. Advance Notice: Clients are encouraged to provide advance notice of illness, ideally at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning appointment. However, we understand that illness can arise suddenly, and we appreciate any prompt notification.


No Refund Policy for our cleaning services. Here's how it works:

  1. Service Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our work and guarantee that our cleaning services will meet or exceed your expectations.
  2. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on services that have been provided. Once our cleaning team has completed the agreed-upon services, the transaction is considered final.
  3. 24-Hour Reporting Window: If you have any concerns or areas of dissatisfaction with the cleaning services provided, we require that you report them to us within 24 hours of the completion of the cleaning appointment.
  4. Re-Cleaning of Areas of Concern: Upon receiving your report of dissatisfaction, we will promptly assess the situation and schedule a follow-up appointment to re-clean any areas of concern at no additional cost to you.
